Job Description:
A company is looking for a BaaS Operational Review Analyst III
responsible for testing and validation analysis in the banking
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test and remediation plans for internal/external
reviews
Develop ongoing monitoring practices and remediation plans in
collaboration with business units
Provide timely reporting on risk-related issues and ensure
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent
work experience
5+ years of experience in testing, audit, quality control, or
related fields in banking or fintech
5 years of compliance experience preferred
Proficient knowledge of operational and technology risk
Applicable professional certifications (CPA, CIA, etc.) are
preferred
