Job Description:

A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Shared Services, focusing on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure 24/7 support
Monitor production systems and manage incidents, performing root cause analysis
Develop and maintain monitoring systems and automate operational tasks

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in engineering, production support, or system administration
Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
Experience with monitoring tools and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Familiarity with containerization tools and configuration management tools
