A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product & Platform Strategic Execution (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Maintain regional relationships and facilitate best practice sharing across teams
Manage the strategic initiative portfolio and oversee program management for high-priority initiatives
Support the implementation of OKRs and enhance the ESS operating model and ways of working


Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in program and project management, focusing on technology delivery
Experience leading programs in a multinational environment
Expertise in leading and developing teams with a collaborative mindset
In-depth knowledge of ESS products, capabilities, and platforms
Experience in a technology company, adapting to dynamic settings
