Highly-acclaimed Wine Spectator Grand Award-Winning Ai Fiori seeks an energetic, professional, and passionate Restaurant Dining Room Manager to join the team. Ai Fiori operates as part of Altamarea Group, an award-winning global hospitality firm with 15 restaurants worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Train, develop, and motivate all staff.
• Organize, supervise and execute shifts during breakfast and lunch, including overseeing scheduling.
• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are upheld during breakfast and lunch shifts.
• Coordinate daily team briefings on menu changes, service standards, and team acknowledgements.
• Monitor cleanliness and set-up within the restaurant.
  
  Essential duties include:
  • Adept with all restaurant technology.
  • Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to brand success.
  • Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.
  • Administrative duties such as inventory and purchasing.
    
    Qualifications include:
    • Effective, respectful, and clear communication skills.
    • Strong background in fine dining, experience as a Maitre'd, and/or knowledge of service standards.
    • Ability to train, motivate and support restaurant staff.
