Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management
Specialist to execute change management strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies
to support new processes and systems
Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and develop mitigation
strategies
Create communication plans and deliverables to engage stakeholders
throughout the change process
Required Qualifications
Change management experience preferred
General understanding of change management principles and
methodologies
Experience with project management methodologies and change
management tools/software is a plus
Change management certification is a plus
