Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager to manage finances
across different properties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial books via Quickbooks Online and manage
day-to-day transactions
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions,
including payroll and freelancer payments
Provide monthly P&L and ad-hoc financial reports, and support
the company budget process
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Working knowledge of payroll software (experience with Rippling
preferred)
Familiarity with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other productivity
tools
Understanding of financial statements, including P&Ls and
Balance Sheets
Willingness to learn and interest in continual improvement
