We are a revolutionary organization with a great work environment that supports creativity through self-motivation.To pursue our growth in the USA, we are hiring an experienced entrepreneurial mind for:Southeast After-Sales Regional ManagerGeneral objective of the role :As a member of the Ecorobotix Inc. team, the Southeast After-Sales Regional Manager must be self-motivated with a preferred bachelor's degree in Microengineering, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or the equivalent. The primary goal is that he or she will become the strategic communication point between dealers and Ecorobotix Inc. with the ability to provide continual training in the dealers' after-sales departments. All while making certain, the proper tools and parts are being used to service the ARA. You will be relied upon to give field feedback and exercise discretion, and independent judgment directly related to the after-sales management of our dealer network. You must feel comfortable presenting and training in front of large and diverse audiences.Reporting lines and interactions :This role reports directly to the Managing Director. Internally, close collaboration with other members of the after-sales team and other teams of Ecorobotix Inc is required. Externally, interaction with dealers, farmers, partners, associations, trade shows, Agronomist and CCA's among others is required.Key Responsibilities (but not limited to the following) : Deliver a world-class after-sales support experience to our dealers by providing training and development and professional answers to technical questions. Provide dealer training in L1 and L2 troubleshooting and repairs. Develop and manage long-lasting relationships with dealers and end users. Ensure diagnosis and technical support over diverse areas of expertise: control software, hardware, mechanics, and field applications. Managing dealer warranty claims to uphold overall satisfaction. Collaborate internally with other departments of Ecorobotix Inc. to ensure continuous improvement of our products, services, and workflows. Assist in creating support and troubleshooting technical documentation for both internal and external use. Continuous learning on product evolution and troubleshooting procedures. Available to travel domestically and internationally.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Micro-engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or the equivalent; and/or Six or more years of proven hands-on experience in agricultural product support at the dealer and/or OE level. Must have a clean driving record. Travel 50% or more Must have a passport for international travel. Spanish speaking is a plus.Experience / Skills : Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. High degree of independence, reliability, and a spirit of initiative. Dedicated person with systematic, goal-oriented working methods. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Curious and analytical with all thing's electronics and mechanics.
