This position will partner closely with cross functional brand partners and serves as an internal consultant to the Sales & Marketing teams. This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results.You will be responsible for:Define & translate key business questions and objectives into appropriate primary research & analyses methods

• Develop insights and actionable recommendations influencing business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making
• Influence across cross-function stakeholders deriving recommendations against identified business opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance through research & analytics to business plans, sales & brand strategies, and life cycle management
• Champion the development and implementation of research approaches and methods that are innovative and examples of best practices
• Leverage disparate data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities
• Ensure seamless integration of research & analytics to evaluate business performance and impact of marketing and sales tacticsQualifications / Requirements:Education:
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree desirableExperience and Skills:Required:
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in market research, business intelligence, marketing, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, or management consulting or 2-3 years with an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, etc). Note, prior market research experience is required.
    • Expertise with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & Reporting Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
    • Experience in domain specific data sets for Oncology is required (medical claims, pharmacy claims, and sales data -- data sources such as IQVIA, SHS)
    • Proven success partnering across a commercial organization to integrate insights and recommendations into translatable actions
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and solution against key business challengesPreferred:
      • High degree of intellectual curiosity
      • Strong project management skills
      • Prior Oncology experienceOther:
