As a national non-profit, Seton partners with (arch)dioceses and others across the country to implement innovative and sustainable new models that bridge the best of Catholic education's rich tradition with new possibilities.About the job of the El Camino Program LeaderReporting to the Director of El Camino (DEC), the El Camino Program Leader (ECPL) is responsible for managing the El Camino (EC) program and supervising the Seton Teaching Fellows (STF) at their designated Brilla campus. This role ensures the effective partnership between EC, STF, and Brilla by overseeing logistics, fostering professional collaboration, and supporting program alignment.The ECPL plays a key role in coaching Fellows and developing their effectiveness as teachers. Additionally, they work closely with Brilla Schools' administration on family outreach, staff development, and operational logistics.Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach Seton Teaching Fellows (STFs) to strengthen their effectiveness as teachers.
  • Support STFs in implementing the El Camino Catechesis Curriculum to ensure meaningful faith formation.
  • Partner with the Network STF Instructional Specialist and Directors of El Camino to support Fellows' professional growth.
  • Lead instructional development through observation, live coaching, feedback, and professional development in classroom management, lesson delivery, and pedagogy.
  • Align instructional practices and development goals in collaboration with Brilla School Leadership and the STF Formation Team.
  • Analyze student performance data to drive instructional improvements.
  • Foster a joyful and engaging learning environment within the program.People Management
    • Hire, onboard, and develop program personnel to align with mission and expectations.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins (O3s) to review goals, address challenges, and assess progress.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Fellows, school leaders, parents, and students.
    • Maintain a professional, compliant, and supportive work environment.
    • Ensure staff accountability in meeting professional expectations and program goals.Program Management
      • Oversee program operations, including logistics, scheduling, and daily execution.
      • Collaborate with program leadership to review program goals, events, and key initiatives.
      • Lead family engagement efforts, ensuring consistent communication and organizing events.
      • Enforce disciplinary systems aligned with program policies.
      • Conduct regular program assessments to ensure effectiveness and drive improvement.
      • Uphold expectations, communicate proactively, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
      • Support program-wide culture and alignment across sites.

          • 3+ years of teaching experience (with successful student achievement results).
          • 1+ years of experience with operations and administration in a program setting.
          • B.S. / B.A. or equivalent.
          • Ability to arrange for light travel throughout the year.Preferred skills:
            • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
            • Experience optimizing social media.
            • Experience optimizing qualitative data.

Compensation is determined based on our salary scales.
