Position Overview:

This position collaborates closely with the HR Compliance Specialist to provide guidance, employee assistance, and project management support for a Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) clearances renewal program.

HR Compliance Associate Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM, 1-2 days in office and the rest remote
• Pay Rate: $29.40 per hour
• Type: Contract until September 2025 with opportunity to extend or go permanent! HR Compliance Associate Job Description:
  • The HR Compliance Associate is responsible for offering tier one resource support on all CPSL-related policies, processes, and procedures. HR Compliance Associate Job Requirements:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience of related experience.
    • Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
    • Associates degree is required.
