The engineer applies in-depth skills of the DevOps field to design and develop industry-leading platforms and solutions that enable software development across the enterprise. • Apply CI/CD principles and tools within High-Performing Teams developing highly automated solutions for software build and deployments
• Work closely with Software Engineers on High-Performing Teams, developing a deep understanding of the application architecture, guiding to software design and CI/CD managed delivery.
• Shape enterprise strategy for content strategy automation. Work closely with key representatives across the company, understanding the needs of content strategy in each area, and developing solutions to automate content delivery.
• Build features of the Developer Experience platform, with focus on the web hosting and content delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cloud and digital web hosting platforms at J&J, providing input to develop new platform capabilities that enable content strategy.
• Coach and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Be a leader in the DevOps, developing standards and best-practices of software delivery within DevOps\r\r
