Conversion Analyst - Utility BillingApply OnlineResponsibilitiesBalance and verify the integrity of converted data to related reportsComparison and verification of legacy system in relation to Tyler applicationCollaborate with Conversion Programmers, Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, other Tyler stakeholders, and client to ensure successful data conversionStandard Forms modificationsMay assist with the setup of applications, including 3 rd party interface implementation and testingApplication process testing as requiredResponsible for the documentation and resolution of issues, risks, and action items related to converted dataReview client reporting requirements, assist client in defining and configuring account schema(s), assist client in mapping current chart of accounts to newly defined account schema(s) as well as act as liaison with conversion and implementation teams for chart of accounts conversionQualificationsFour-year college degree or equivalent experiencePreferably in utilities, governmental accounting and financeThree or more years of experience in governmental or non-profit accounting either in financial management, implementation or consulting services preferredExcellent planning and organizational skills, and ability to follow through until a process is completeExceptional customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong decision making and strong analytical and problem-solving skills particularly in converted data verificationProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWork with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations.
